Change of company name to Pozzi Milano S.p.A., establishment of Pozzi Brand Diffusion S.r.l. and subsequent acquisition of the Pozzi and Castello Pozzi brands to initiate a historic shift aligned with market demands. Launch of the listing process on the Euronext Growth Milan market to lay the foundations for new virtuous growth.
